Event Details
Wrap up warm, and take in the crisp Autumn air as you wander through the wildlife centre. For new visitors this is a chance to meet some of the many animals and birds that we have helped and for whom we now provide a safe and caring home. Residents, such as Spud and Molly look forward to meeting you!
Follow the pumpkins that are carefully hidden amongst the trees and animal enclosures… On your journey through the wildlife centre solve the clues* and complete the spooky spell!
Collect your *pumpkin trail map from our tea shop to start your pumpkin adventure!
This is a family event, suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
All funds raised from the event will go towards supporting us continue our work to rescue and care for injured, abandoned and orphaned wildlife.

Entrance
£5.00 entrance fee per child
£3.50 per adult
Normal entrance fee applies, for those that would like to visit the centre and not participate in the event.
Wait Times
This event does not require pre-booking.
However due to covid-19 restrictions around capacity and distance you may be asked to wait at the entrance as we will operating a ‘one in one out’ policy. Please also be sure to social distance while you are waiting.
COVID-19 Information
Please note that to meet social distancing guidelines we ask that you remain in groups of no more than six and maintain social distancing whilst walking around the centre or queuing to enter. Please refer to the latest government local level guidelines, when planning your visit.
Supporting NHS Test & Trace
We will be asking all visitors to check in using the NHS Test an Trace app, before entering the centre. This is part of our Terms of Entry.
Hands. Face. Space
Hands - Sanitiser stations are dotted around the wildlife centre and in our tea shop, however we also recommend carrying hand sanitiser and using this before and after completing the pumpkin trail.
Face - All visitors to the centre must wear a mask. Except for those visitors who are exempt or children under 11 years of age.
Space - Maintain social distance of no less than 2 meters.
